Sabi Law Foundation Celebrates 800th Daily Law Tip!

Sabi Law Foundation Celebrates 800th Daily Law Tip!

Since November 2017, we have consistently researched, published and promoted awareness on rights and laws in Nigeria, for free. Our mission is to increase access to justice in Nigeria. The gap in legal literacy and our passion for legal awareness prompted the free daily law tips. Over the days, weeks, months and years, we have consistently published daily law tips; from Tip 001, Tip 002 to Tip 799.

Today, 31 May 2021, we have published the 800th Tip under the Daily Law Tips series of LearnNigerianLaws.com. To us, “Tip 800” is a testament of our dedication to our mission (to increase access to justice through free legal awareness). We celebrate 800th Daily Law Tip to thank our fans, readers, followers and supporters for their unalloyed support and to reaffirm our commitment to them.

How To Receive Free Daily Law Tips

Tip 800 of the Daily Law Tips (#DailyLawTips) is titled; “11 States That Do Not Protect Children In Nigeria”.“11 States That Do Not Protect Children In Nigeria”. It reveals the 11 States in Nigeria that have failed and refused to protect the rights of children, by not having a Child’s Right Law. It further shows the harsh realities of the children living in the 11 Anti-Child Rights States in Nigeria. This work could not have come at a better time, since Nigeria celebrated its annual Children’s day on 27 May 2021 and more children are being lost to insecurity and lack of child rights laws, in the North West and North East of Nigeria.

Over the years, with our Daily Law Tips and other projects of Sabi Law Foundation, we have connected more non-lawyers and lawyers to their rights and remedies, in their pursuit for knowledge and justice. We are glad that we have touched many lives, influenced regulatory reviews and increased the demand for accountability, through free legal awareness. We are also happy to have inspired and influenced some lawyers and law students to write and publish different legal series towards legal awareness.

Understanding the depth of the legal literacy gap, we are constantly researching and innovating better ways of reaching more Nigerians and bridging the gap. In the coming weeks, we will be launching our Campus Managers System to virtually expand and engage with more students across the higher institutions in Nigeria. This will focus on improving awareness on students rights and other related issues.

We wouldn’t have gone this far without the  support of our sponsors; the law firm of Bezaleel Chambers International; Ctech; and the Sabi Law Academy. A million thanks to our technical partner (TheNigeriaLawyer.com) for consistently publishing our works, since 2018.
